Kerry Green
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Kerry Green Ms. Green co-founded Germane Systems, LC (Germane) in October 1997. At its formation, the Company had two distinct business strategies; a computer training course development/IT support division and a computer manufacturing division. Ms. Green was instrumental in establishing the manufacturing division and leading its growth. By the end of 1998, Germane's manufacturing division had surpassed revenue and customer expectations. With her guidance, Germane has established itself as a leader in the rugged server market by offering a customizable product with superior customer service. Ms. Green is the driving force behind establishing excellence in the organization while maintaining the "why not" culture, encouraging creativity and unleashing the entrepreneurial spirit throughout the organization.
