In The Air Replacement
This program bridges the gap between the cost of On-Site Spares and the turnaround time associated with depot repair service. With this rapid replacement program, you can be assured that the components you need will be on your site in as little as 24 hours. After determination of the problem and verification of logistics information, a replacement part is shipped in the most expedient manner.
This Program gives you the freedom to stock spare parts at your location to deliver optimal system up-time and performance. We work with your support team to develop a comprehensive list of customer replaceable items for each unique server configuration. Additionally we help define the appropriate stock levels of each component needed to support service levels and budgetary goals.
